I'd be very interested to hear how you get on. And do feel free to get in touch if you have any questions you think we may be able to help with.

Best of luck with the assignment!

Thank you very much for the quick answer.
This was just what I needed, a clear prof/case that I can use for my assignment, I must say that it was my profound belief as well, but always nice to get it verified :)

It should be said that the assignment founds the basis for making the real changes in our organisation, so I will keep you updated on how it goes.

But thank you very much for your time and keep up the creativity. :)

Hi Louise

Our Innovation space has made a huge difference over the last 12 months.

Innovation and creativity go hand in hand. Creativity helps explode problems apart and innovation focuses the creative ideas back down to earth. Healthy creativity is vital to give the breadth and range of ideas to provide greater possibilities for successful innovation.

Environment is a key part in being more creative. It's very difficult to think differently sat at the same desk, with the usual day to day pressures. By breaking routines you can effortlessly break thought patterns and it's then that new connections are made and ideas born.

( You might be interested in the slides embedded in this post: http://bit.ly/bQOgh9 )

At Redweb we try and keep things fresh by changing environments: we have stand up meetings, meetings without tables, meetings in the coffee shop (or in the pub!), or on the beach.

The nice thing about our innovation space is that it's a dedicated space that's clearly different. It has been widely used for all kinds of collaborative creative sessions.

Having this set aside space has no doubt helped further our culture of innovation. So much so in fact that we're now taking a fresh look at our other office spaces and have several creative environment projects underway

Hi.
I am in the midst of taking a master in Leadership and Innovation, the physical space of innovation has caught me eye, and I am pretty sure that we as an educational institution need this to foster creativity and innovation..
So I wanted to hear if this has had an effect at all??

Kind regards from Denmark
