		<description>The problem&#039;s exacerbated when you&#039;re building something that HAS to be inclusive of everyone (everyone has the right to vote, so everyone has to be able to use an electronic voting system. Although at the moment if you&#039;re physically incapable of voting yourself you lose the right to anonymity as you&#039;re forced to have someone cast a proxy vote for you). This then knocks onto the design of the underlying process; how do you get credentials to people that can&#039;t see (or read for that matter!) 

Some systems have to be accessible throughout all their processes. It wasn&#039;t until I started to build a completely inclusive system that I was able to fully comprehend the difficulties.</description>
