Full house for Advice Bingo
At one of our recent Agency Meetings, we had a game of Advice Bingo. All our 85 staff gathered in the canteen armed with their personal nuggets of wisdom, a bingo card or two, and big fat marker pens.

I was delighted to represent the South West at Picnic Festival 2011 in Amsterdam earlier this month, as part of the European Creative Business Network’s trade mission.
Working more closely with our clients
Client/agency has been the world we’ve occupied for a long time. Clients want something and the agency delivers. In between there’s discussion, a brief and then sign-off after a few iterations.
The emphasis was on the agency to have the ideas and on the client to vet and agree such deliverables.

Summer time is here. The weather may not be reliable, but our steady stream of eager interns from Bournemouth University is. First to take up a seat in our innovation labs this year was Adam Tavener. Adam is an Interactive Media Production student, who had 4 weeks with us to further his skills, broaden his industry experience, and of course, come up with something cool.

Redweb has an agency meeting every month. We try to make them interesting and ensure that everyone gets a chance. It’s also great to see what’s going on and gain an insight into the projects and people that make up our agency.
iCandi: interactive concepts and inspiration
We often scratch our heads and think about the best new ways to showcase the work we do. We spend hours sweating over layouts, interfaces, imagery and branding, in the pursuit of making tasty eye candy. We push pixels left a bit, right a bit, back to where they started, and then try something radically different until it all comes together.
